Her courses in basket-making offer the opportunity for small groups to partake in this artistic and engaging craft.

Wicklow Willow provides traditional and bespoke fencing, garden features and furniture and we have worked in all types of gardens from period estates to new builds. We will install living-willow ‘fedges’ or solid-weave fencing on site. These fences make great wind-breaks for vegetable gardens and can screen off patios, composting areas, bicycle stands or unsightly bins.

We install domes, tunnels, mazes, wigwams, arches and other willow installations for festivals, schools, community centres and public parks. We can provide willow panels of various shapes and sizes made to order. Wicklow Willow products provide aesthetically pleasing solutions to outdoor Health & Safety requirements.

Wicklow Willow can provide willow and willow products to the Theatre, TV and Movie industries. We provide bespoke basketry and willow products for sets and props, and may be available as skilled extras when filming.

Wicklow Willow offer many varied weaving courses and demonstrations, from basketry to garden features, for schools and festivals.

Our courses provide unique birthday, hen-party and corporate team-building activities. We run basket-making courses at many venues throughout the year and we can provide private basket-making courses for 4 to 5 people at a venue of your choosing and convenience. A very popular choice is our 'Gazebo in Your Garden' course, where we come and teach you and your friends how to weave a beautiful living-willow gazebo and the host gets to keep it!

Our Schools Demonstration can be suited to your needs. We provide hands-on fencing demonstrations in which kids and adults get to weave a living-willow fedge or a solid-weave fence. These demonstrations are interactive, helping build both teamwork and confidence. They raise and promote environmental awareness in their use of sustainable resources. We also provide bespoke outdoor creations for school-grounds. Wicklow Willow can provide fencing or living 'fedges' without student participation - these can have many uses, such as enclosing playgrounds, garden or composting areas, and are available on a price-per-metre basis.

Our festival demonstration consists of a 3mx3m covered area displaying traditional Irish baskets and basketry tools. Throughout the day we stake out and build a willow fence, mounted on straw bales. The public are invited to participate and learn how to weave a willow fence. At festivals we can also provide a basket-making demonstration, weaving a small traditional basket such as a skib. As well as advice on how to grow willow, we can also provide advice on building various willow garden features such as solid-weave fencing, lattice fedges, mazes and arches.
