If you need to cancel a workshop

We provide affordable, fairly-priced courses. In order to ensure the viability of the workshop, we have a clear non-refundable policy to cover our material and room rental costs.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to inability attend a workshop so please feel free to send along a friend or family member to take your place – please supply their contact details prior to the course date.
Cancellation can be accommodated two weeks prior to the start date of the workshop and we will do our very best to move you to our next available course date. If there are no suitable future dates, we will honour your booking in the next tranche of course dates.

Our right to cancel a workshop

Should we need to cancel a course date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We do not accept liability for travel or other costs.

Private and Corporate Events

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking an event. Attendee numbers must be agreed prior to booking and course fee will remain unchanged should attendee numbers change, unless otherwise agreed. Attendee numbers cannot increase unless otherwise agreed prior to event date.

Gift Vouchers

Course vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed against products other than workshops/courses. In the event of the voucher recipient being unable to use a voucher, the voucher may be transferred to a friend or family member.
